Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
