Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation (1099/ W-2).
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero (required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
