Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by compiling necessary data.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and filing requirements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial filing systems.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a recent graduate with internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
