Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses with executive-level precision
- Oversee bank reconciliations, expense reporting, and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks Enterprise preferred)
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and annual audits
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records with 100% audit-readiness
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in multi-entity environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP principles and IRS tax compliance
