Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-client general ledger accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable cycles during night shifts
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements within SLAs
- Implement and maintain internal controls for night shift operations
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping business hours
- Conduct forensic audits to identify discrepancies in transaction records
- Train night shift staff on accounting software protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel macros
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ portfolios
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance standards
