Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct internal audits to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
