Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Update and maintain general ledger accounts and financial spreadsheets using Excel.
- Support the month-end close process by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Assist in basic tax preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
