Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for all employees.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Utilize QuickBooks or Xero to manage financial data and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
