Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of general ledger accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist with federal and state tax filings and ensure compliance with changing regulations.
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and audit fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
