Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations efficiently.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and journal entries.
- Handle tax filings and maintain compliance documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
