Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial reporting and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
