Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with attention to detail
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and provide necessary documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems for enhanced efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity organizations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and ERP systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven track record in managing month-end/year-end closing processes
