Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for portfolio companies
- Develop comprehensive financial models including valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for investment committees and stakeholders
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting financial performance
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial planning
- Lead monthly close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet, or equivalent)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
