Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal, state, local)
- Administer employee benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off
- Prepare payroll reports for executive team and external auditors
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Stay updated on FLSA, TWC, and IRS regulatory changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficient in ADP or similar payroll software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Tennessee payroll tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
