Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and quarterly tax filings.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic tax preparation regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
