Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic actions
- Develop complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports for C-suite and board presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A initiatives and capital allocation
- Lead month-end close processes ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and valuation methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI
