Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns and ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Support the finance team with audit requests and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity within our accounting software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
