Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing supporting documentation
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for senior leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidacy strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, and account reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
