Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations, expense audits, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes and forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in our ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite).
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
