Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card audits.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Support the finance department with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and tax laws.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
