Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within Net-30 terms
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve invoice disputes
- Prepare weekly AP reports for financial analysis
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time by 20%
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Experience with 1099 vendor management
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) a plus
