Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15-20 small business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks systems for new clients
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
