Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and process weekend transactions
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and documentation
- Support tax preparation and quarterly filings as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Experience with financial audits and compliance frameworks
