Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll systems
- Process month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Manage vendor payments and expense reports
- Support audits with organized documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance; Bachelor's preferred
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Remote work experience required
- CPA or certification a plus
