- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend-specific transaction handling
- Conduct internal audits and financial reporting for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend financial workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Support tax preparation and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday-Sunday) mandatory
