Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns under supervision
- Organize and analyze financial documentation
- Assist with tax audits and compliance filings
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate digital and physical client records
- Utilize tax software including ProSeries and Lacerte
- Participate in ongoing tax law education
Qualifications
- No tax experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license (client travel may be required)
