Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions with 100% accuracy including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized financial consultations
- Mentor junior tellers on compliance protocols and operational excellence
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and investment services
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Conduct branch audits and maintain regulatory compliance documentation
- Participate in quarterly branch performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking with proven sales track record
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with diverse clientele
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Notable achievements in customer satisfaction metrics
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
- Proven ability to achieve 120%+ of sales targets
