Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, explaining products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate specialists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with financial software.
