Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Create detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive presentations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards using our provided BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business expansion goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
