Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of potential business scenarios.
- Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
