Responsibilities
- Execute Financial Transactions: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers for customers with high precision.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Cash Management: Ensure all cash drawers are balanced daily and reconcile daily settlement reports with strict attention to detail.
- Product Promotion: Identify customer needs and proactively cross-sell our suite of financial products, such as credit cards and savings accounts.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to all banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
- ATM Maintenance: Monitor and restock ATM machines to ensure continuous service availability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling or customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.
- Math Skills: Strong proficiency in basic arithmetic and the ability to balance a cash drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and banking software is a plus.
- Integrity: High level of ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial information securely.
