Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create detailed financial models and forecasts for business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and KPIs
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support strategic initiatives through financial scenario planning
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- CMA/CPA designation or MBA strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
