Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for diverse workforce
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Administer benefits enrollment and deductions
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements using ADP Workforce Now
- Stay current on FLSA and Kentucky labor laws
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and KY tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPP certification a significant plus
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
