Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the tax team to prepare year-end working papers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
