Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and corporate credit cards
- Support audit processes and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement financial reporting tools for client insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
