Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with tax compliance and audit documentation
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain internal controls for financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Texas CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
