Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing, tax preparation, and annual audits.
- Optimize accounting workflows and implement new financial software solutions to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CPA eligible).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal tax regulations.
