Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the 3-way match process (PO, Invoice, Receiving Report).
- Prepare and process payments via ACH, wire transfer, or check.
- Maintain and update the vendor master file and address database.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve AP processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or BlackLine).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
