Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) to update financial records.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks preferred) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift.
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
