Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure financial data integrity
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
