Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify all incoming invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance.
- Manage the full Weekend AP cycle, including data entry and payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and audits.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the Weekend Shift.
