Your Mission
As a Staff Accountant, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will manage core accounting functions, ensure compliance with GAAP, and contribute to strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform complex bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns and maintain tax filings.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.
- Support external audit requirements and maintain internal control documentation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable with high accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience (immediate hire candidates welcome).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Standards.
