Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews to ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring vendor and client invoices are processed timely.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to maintain up-to-date financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
