Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Actively promote bank services and cross-sell financial products
- Uphold security standards and fraud prevention measures
- Maintain organized transaction records and daily reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
