Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and building client relationships
- Safeguard assets by adhering to security protocols, identifying fraud risks, and maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet customer financial goals
- Open new accounts, assist with digital banking tools, and educate customers on financial literacy
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence standards
- Maintain compliance with federal banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in finance/business preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail banking
- Proven ability to handle financial transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and Microsoft Office Suite
