Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining strict cash handling protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized banking solutions and product recommendations
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Actively promote digital banking tools to enhance customer self-service capabilities
- Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and security procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proven ability to perform accurate transactions and balance cash drawers
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
