Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and file state and federal tax returns and quarterly tax payments.
- Assist with internal audits and financial controls implementation.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
