Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes specifically for the weekend cycle.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with a focus on weekend transactions.
- Prepare and review financial reports for leadership review.
- Process payroll and accounts payable for the weekend workforce.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded in the general ledger.
Qualifications
- BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
