Responsibilities
- Process 500+ vendor invoices monthly with 3-way matching accuracy
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Resolve invoice discrepancies within 24-hour SLA
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Support month-end closing and financial audits
- Manage electronic payment systems (ACH/wires)
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume AP experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle AP modules
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with international payments and tax compliance
- Strong problem-solving with vendor disputes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
