Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve variances immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and lead month-end close procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support external audits by providing requested documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
